Naya Communications, LLC — Privacy Policy

Updated: August 1, 2026

1. Overview

Naya Communications, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you visit our website, purchase products, use our automated tools and assessments, or work with us in a consulting capacity.

By accessing our website or using any Naya Communications product, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • The website at nayacommunications.com and any subdomains

  • Our digital products, kits, workbooks, and online training programs

  • Our interactive tools and assessments

  • Email communications you receive from us

  • Consulting engagements and scheduled calls

3. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide Voluntarily

  • Name, email address, and billing information when you purchase a product

  • Professional details you enter into our tools, which may include your role, title, industry, career history, accomplishments, goals, challenges, and how you currently show up publicly

  • Responses to assessments, quizzes, diagnostics, concierge forms, and feedback surveys

  • Messages you send through contact forms, email, or scheduling tools

  • Files you upload, as described in Section 5

b. Information Collected Automatically

  • IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages visited

  • Aggregated analytics data collected through cookies and similar technologies

  • Session and device identifiers used to restore your progress or recognize a returning visitor

c. Information from Third Parties

We may receive limited data from integrated platforms, such as payment processors, email service providers, scheduling tools, and analytics providers, as needed to process your order, deliver your product, or respond to your inquiry. We do not purchase personal information from data brokers.

4. Automated Tools and AI Processing

Several Naya Communications products use artificial intelligence to generate personalized results, plans, and written assets. This section explains how that works, because you should know where your words go.

What happens when you use an AI-assisted tool. The information you enter is sent from your browser to a secure server component we control, which forwards it to a third-party AI provider. The provider processes your input, returns generated text, and we deliver that text to you as your result, plan, or asset. Different tools may use different providers, and we may add, change, or discontinue providers at any time as the technology develops.

What we send. Only the information needed to produce your result. This typically includes your assessment answers, your stated role and industry, your goals, and any professional details you chose to enter. In tools that accept a resume, the text of that document is included in the request that drafts your material.

How we choose providers. We work with established commercial AI providers under business, enterprise, or developer terms. We select providers whose terms provide that customer inputs and outputs are not used to train their models, and who retain data only for a limited period for abuse monitoring and legal compliance before deleting it. If you would like to know which provider supports a specific tool, write to us at info@nayacommunications.com.

Our own use of AI tools. We also use AI assistants in our internal work, including drafting and analysis during consulting engagements. Where client material is involved, we take reasonable steps to use accounts and settings configured so that content is not used for model training.

Scoring and results are advisory. Our diagnostics assign scores, tiers, and profiles based on your answers. These are professional guidance tools, not decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Results do not determine eligibility for credit, employment, insurance, housing, or any comparable outcome. If you would like a human to review or explain a result, contact us and we will do so.

Accuracy. AI-generated content can contain errors or general statements that do not fit your situation. Review anything you receive before acting on it or publishing it. You are responsible for the accuracy of material you publish under your own name.

5. Files and Documents You Upload

Some of our tools let you upload a document, such as a resume, a LinkedIn profile export, or a professional headshot.

  • The file is read in your browser and transmitted for processing at the moment you submit it

  • The file itself is not stored on our servers and is not saved to our records

  • What persists is only the information you confirm and keep as part of your finished output, such as accomplishments you approve for your brand brief or press kit

  • Headshots and images used in a generated asset are handled within your session and are not retained by us after the session ends

If you upload a document, upload one you are permitted to share. Do not upload files containing confidential employer information, classified material, non-public financial data, or other people's personal information.

6. Confidential and Sensitive Information

Our tools are designed for professional visibility and communications planning. They are not a secure repository, and they are not covered by attorney-client, medical, or governmental confidentiality protections.

Please do not enter into any Naya tool: government or corporate confidential information, protected health information, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or personal information about third parties. If you send us such information anyway, we will delete it when we identify it.

7. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Process transactions and deliver products, reports, plans, and generated assets

  • Verify product access and entitlements

  • Send you the materials you requested and related service communications

  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries

  • Improve our website, products, tools, and scoring models

  • Send marketing communications where you have consented, as described in Section 10

  • Comply with applicable law, enforce our terms, and protect our legal rights

We may also use aggregated or anonymized data, which no longer identifies you, for business analytics, benchmarking, and service improvement.

8. Purchases, Product Access, and Licensing

Payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. We receive confirmation of purchase, the amount, and the email address associated with the transaction.

Your purchase email functions as your access key. We maintain a record of purchases that includes your email address, the products you own, your access status, and, for tools that use AI generation, a count of generations run under your license. This record exists to deliver what you paid for, prevent unauthorized sharing of paid tools, and manage any consulting credit window attached to a purchase.

Products are licensed to you individually. Sharing access credentials is a violation of our terms, and we may suspend access where we identify sharing.

9. Cookies, Analytics, and Browser Storage

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand usage trends, and improve the experience.

We also use browser storage, specifically localStorage and sessionStorage, in our interactive tools. This storage stays on your own device and serves two purposes: preserving your progress if you leave and return during a session, and recognizing you as a returning visitor so a tool does not restart from zero. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.

You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some site features may not work properly if you do. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

10. Email Communication and Marketing

When you provide your email address in connection with a purchase or a resource download, you consent to receive communications from Naya Communications related to that purchase, that resource, or the interest area you indicated.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by writing to info@nayacommunications.com. Transactional messages, such as receipts, delivery emails, and access instructions, are sent regardless of marketing preferences because they are necessary to deliver what you purchased.

We do not sell or rent your email address, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

11. Feedback Surveys and Testimonials

We invite feedback after certain products. Feedback surveys are anonymous by default and do not ask for your name or email unless you volunteer them.

If you agree to provide a written or video testimonial, we will collect your name and contact information to arrange it. By providing a testimonial, you grant us permission to use it, along with your name, title, organization, and likeness where applicable, in our marketing materials, website, and social channels. You may withdraw that permission at any time by contacting us, and we will remove the testimonial from materials we control going forward.

12. Service Providers

We work with a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf and are contractually limited to that purpose. These include:

  • Website hosting and site platform services

  • Workflow automation used to connect systems

  • Email marketing and delivery services

  • AI processing services, as described in Section 4

  • Analytics services

  • Scheduling and video conferencing tools used for consulting calls

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may disclose information if required by law, in response to valid legal process, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, in which case you will be notified of any change in control of your information.

These include restricted access to our systems, encrypted transmission, credential protection for our integrations, and limiting the personal information we collect in the first place.

No system can guarantee complete security. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any required regulators as the law requires.

If you access our website or tools from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, transfers of personal information from the EEA or UK rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another approved transfer mechanism.

17. Children's Privacy

Our website and products are intended for adults and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.
