Naya Communications was founded in 2025 on a simple but powerful belief: every executive deserves access to communications expertise that was once reserved for those with a full team behind them.
For over 20 years, our founder has designed impactful communications and management strategies for leaders across government, nonprofit, academia, and business — from small organizations to Fortune 100 companies. She has worked directly with U.S. Cabinet members and Presidential appointees to craft executive strategy, branding, public affairs, communications, and events. She has led communications teams as a Regional Communications Director (Interim) for the U.S. Small Business Administration, been published and quoted in media for over a decade, and won national awards for strategic outreach and engagement.
